Leader Employer Branding, Recruitment and Onboarding (m/f/d)

You  will be

  • Leading and supervising recruitment team, and reporting on its performance
  • Preparing and navigating strategy and planning process of annual team activities
  • Managing employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding budgets
  • Managing employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Updating current and designing new procedures and policies
  • Up to date with labour legislation and informing recruiters about changes in regulation
  • Creating strategies to attract diverse pool of qualified and capable candidates through different channels
  • Defining and steering recruitment priorities, with strong focus on changing priorities
  • Defining and implementing respective KPIs, ensuring proper monitoring and follow-ups
  • Ensuring application of UNIQA Group standards practices and tools related to employer branding, recruitment and onboarding
  • Cooperating with external partners and building company’s professional network
  • Developing reports and analyses as required

You have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – psychology, economics, social sciences or similar
  • Min. 10 years of work experience in HR area, from which at least 3 as an HR leader (IT, insurance and/or international environment highly preferred)
  • Structured and people-oriented way of working with a passion for strategic people topics
  • Demonstrated experience in variety of HR functions and strong international collaboration and communication skills
  • Project Management and Change Management “know how” and experience
  • Ability to work independently on a strategic level and strong organizational and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • A sense of responsibility and ownership and the ability to optimally partner with variety of teams
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
  • Active knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
